Design Supply installation & Testing of Diesel yard/ Petrol (Gasoline) yard with PESO (Petroleum explosives safety organisation) licence and storage tank underground and above ground up to 100 KL.
Project includes site survey for diesel yard, Understanding client need for storage capacity, selection of site as per CCOE norms, Drawing approval from CCOE, NOC from District Magistrate, Construction of Diesel Yard as per Approved Drawing, Installation of Fuel Storage tank and Fuel Unloading accessories.
Design, Supply and installation of Automatic diesel supply and automatic gasoline/ petrol supply from Fuel storage tank to Buffer Day Tank and then DG set day Tank or Test cell, With air operated pump or Gear Pump 230 volt.
Supply and installation of SCH 40 SS pipe, Valves, Flanges, Bends, Hardware etc.
Design, engineering, supply, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning of complete HSD Automation system complete with all accessories/devices/softwares and hardwares required for making the system complete as per design intent as per below:
- Design Supply and installation of PLC panel with required IOs and Programme logic
- Supply and installation of Sensor
- Flow meter – Electromagnetic as per specification
- Flow switch
- Level Switch
- Level Indicating Transmitter/ Sensor – Capacitance
- Pressure Transmitter/ Sensor
